Innsworth Technology Park Ltd (ITP) and subsidiary ITP Developments Ltd provide High Quality Business Premises for medium and small businesses in a well managed friendly environment enabling many businesses to thrive and expand.
ITPL was established in 1981 by Directors – cousins George and Edward Dowty. For years they ran an engineering business on the site. Upon acquiring the site at Innsworth it was renamed “Innsworth Technology Park”.
Existing buildings were sub-divided to provide the area with much needed space for small business. Vacant land was developed over a period of years into new industrial units and offices all of which were made available for letting. ITP has maintained a near 100% occupancy rate. Many successful companies have started at ITP. Activity ranges from Engineering Machine shops, Steel fabrication, IT, Printing, Computer repair, Clothing manufacture, Fork Lift Truck Sales & Repair, MOT centres, Bakery, Recruitment, Accountancy and many more.
With ITP full a Lease was taken on Land adjacent to Gloucestershire Airport and named “Meteor Business Park”. At Meteor 11 larger Industrial Units with Offices and the “Lancaster” Business Centre were developed. In 2006 ITP developed “Aerotech Business Park” comprising 5 Business Units on the edge of Gloucestershire Airport.
